We recently had a young man come to our home from a company called Home Performance Alliance. He asked about our windows and asked if we were having any issues with them. Our windows were actually very old and we had been having too many issues to even count. Most of the windows didn?t open and we couldn?t keep our home warm during the winter to save our lives. We decided to go through with getting a quote to have all 8 of the windows in our home replaced. The quote was a bit high, but they also threw in a Cruise Voucher that really intrigued us. We decided to go through with the work and signed the deal on the spot. Our new windows have since been installed and they look and work amazingly. My husband and I met with Mike from HPA windows. He did a wonderful job presenting their product and service. The cruise voucher he presented added a lot of value and was a factor that impacted our decision to move forward with HPA. I?m 75 years old and I?m a big cruiser. I?ve been on many cruises all over the Caribbean. Mike sold me on the presentation when I was still on the fence to purchase. I thought about looking into other companies but decided not to because of Mike?s presentation and because of the cruise incentive he offered. I?ve always wanted to go to Alaska on a cruise so you can imagine my excitement when I found out that Alaska was an option. The cruise was a factor in my decision making process to purchase from HPA. I love HPA?s product, I spent 14k on the windows and established a great relationship with the installation crew that came out and was overjoyed with how everything came out. I thought they did a fantastic job installing the windows. I live in a senior gated community and any work that is done needs to be inspected. The inspector that checked my home even made a comment about how good the windows looked. I would recommend anyone HPA regarding their product, incentives, installation and finished looks. I?m very happy with the work that was done to my home and can?t wait to go on my Alaska cruise. Now I just need to find someone to go with!

The windows are beautiful and great quality. They were ready when they were promised. The scheduler was very flexible allowing us to pick the day that worked best for us. The installation team arrived on time. They worked fast and efficiently, all windows were installed in a day. They cleaned up the windows and area around them.
